NWR - Romantic Restaurant in City?

Can anyone recommend a really good romantic restaurant in the city (preferably Italian)? One of my colleagues is going on a date & we're trying to think of where they should go, price is no object in this case.

If price is no object, I love One if by Land, Two if by Sea. It's very romantic and the food is really good, too, although not quite Italian (more like American-French). Candela is also beautiful and romantic.

One if by land is AMAZING.... Also Danube in Tribeca, Bouley in Tribeca
