NWR: School....

Is killing me

I have a test in about 20 minutes I forgot about, a paper due next week, another due in two weeks, and a group project due the week after that (and that's not even my midterms!!). I hate grad school!!!!!

Grad school is a lot of work but I had soooo much fun doing it. You're in grad school because you are training to do something that you love - just keep that in mind when you get all stressed. You'll be fine

UGH, I hated those days!! Hope it's better now :)

I finished my MA in English last year, FH is finishing his now, but PhD apps are getting done now I love learning lol I hate all the deadlines and how much it interferes with the JOBS that pay for me to be able to go to school...bahhh

I hear ya all loud and clear. I am working on my PhD and in the middle of my dissertation.... ahhhhhhhhhhh. I just sooo want it over right now. But I am at the mercy of others (volunteers for my research, and 3 committee members)... UGH.

To those considering their PhD. Warning it's a LOOOOOONG PROCESS!!!
This is my 5th year, end is somewhat in sight and I am further along then the 10 peers I started with.. Just something to think about.

I'm finishing my Masters in Social Work... I was going to get my doctorate and then the thought of school for another 4 years changed that quick lol

I still have to take my licensing exam in June and then supervision for 3 years, then I'm officially done

haha I can't imagine anyone thinking of starting a doctorate and thinking it's a short process!

I'm still so jealous of my two friends - they applied and were accepted into KU's 5 year program, but I didn't want to leave NY (at all) or at least before I had tenure in the city.
