NWR - Shrooms at a BASEBALL GAME????

FH, me and anther couple went to the Phillies Mets last night. Damn Mets.

Anywho, we're tailgating in the P-lot.... and, this kid walks past, if he were 17 I'd be shocked.... asking if we want shrooms.

WHAT? WHAT???

We're at a goddamn baseball game. I got so upset and mad, I was going to call the police, but, we had to go in, the game had already started.....

Then, after the game, the p-lot is so crowded, that we hung out for a bit and they had some more beers. (I was DD.) SAME KID comes back and asks again:

ME; 'I'm a cop, get out of here.'

HIM: 'I don't care.' He starts walking really fast, and keeps looking back at me to see what I am going to do.

ME: 'Oh, yeah, get my radio.'

It was so much funnier had you seen it..... but, it just disgusts me that a KID was walking around selling drugs. This is a baseball game, with families. This is not the streets of N. Philly. Get a grip, little boy.

It made me so mad. The Mets are really a better team than the Phillies. The Phillies have some good players.... but they lack in a few areas.

Neither has a chance to make the Series, IMO..... but it'd be nice to see the Mets get there again.

seriously was it a little spanish kid??? we had the same thing happen to us when FH's company had an outing to a philly game this past summer. I wish I had thought to say I was a cop hahahaha, some of the guys I work with made me a fake badge (( i work in a police station)) soo I should have brought it out and scared that little piece of sh*t!

well i've been keeping an eye on the magic number and if they work at it the mets may have a shot!! But the way they are playing lately is really not helping the cause any!!! I agree that the mets are def. a better team than the phillies..which makes the loss even harder to swallow(get your head out of the gutter girls.. i know how u all think.. just like i do..lmaoo)
lets just hope they get their act together ..it def would be nice to see them clinch!!

Really? We were in the K lot, and there were people tailgating EVERYWHERE, and not a cop in sight. Kind of annoying, actually.

true.. there are always tons of cops there.. although i feel sometimes like they are there just to try and sneak a peek at the game..lmaoo.. sometimes it seems like they aren't doing much! But i'm surprised this kid was ballsy enough to be trying that when there are usually so many cops around!!!

Yeah, the Mets will make the playoffs, definitely. I just don't think they have it in the bullpen to pull through. And, the American League is so strong.

Really? We were in the K lot, and there were people tailgating EVERYWHERE, and not a cop in sight. Kind of annoying, actually.

No clue what lot we were in, but if you were at the front of the stadium - saw the Philly Phanatic - we walked straight in front of him until we saw the letter U... There were signs EVERYWHERE - no tailgating! We did and the cops didn't care - but once they saw the open beer bottles (i was dd too) they said to put them away. The guys next to us had their stuff in red cups and they were warned once too. We were tailgating for maybe an hour and at least 15 cops rode by us in their cars..seriously...
