NWR: Struggling
It was after ordering my wedding dress in such a high size that I really just buckled down. I've lost 15 lbs in three weeks and I'm really just eating healthy if I want French fries I bake potatoes so I don't feel deprived. In the end I just look at myself in my wedding dress and ask myself if I really want to be like that at the wedding. That's motivation enough: I can indulge later on the food isn't going anywhere

congratulations on the weight loss! that is a big accomplish. I decided to join a clean eating challenge a couple of days ago & I already feel a lot better/happier. Not because I've lost much weight yet, but because it feels good to be doing something about it other than complaining & crying over it. I wish you much luck & i'm sure you're going to look beautiful in that wedding dress!

FH and I did the Dr Oz two week rapid weight loss challenge. (It's on his website). It's basically just clean eating, not cutting out carbs, but no wheat except brown rice. No alcohol, no caffeine. The first few days were REALLY HARD. Giving up coffee was so. hard. And your body goes through like a withdrawal process from all the processed sugary crap we eat every day. But after the first week, I felt amazing. I slept better, I had more energy, everything was... regular, knowwhatimsayin? We started in January and kept it up after two weeks. I lost 30lbs (before and after in my album). Over the last month or so, things have gotten so off track and I actually gained 5lbs back and I feel so terrible about myself. But, we got back to it this week, and it's like that first week all over again. It. Sucks. But, I know once I push through, it's only good things waiting on the other side!

Good luck on the challenge! Maybe once I finish the challenge i'm doing i'll check that one out. Sounds pretty similar though. By the way your before & after pic is awesome! I'm happy for you for losing the weight. You look amazing in your dress so it was worth it!

Definitely make sure you take a before picture. It really makes things so crystal clear when you see a before and after. I was actually like, wow I had no idea I'd let myself go that bad.
