NWR SUPER VENT - MF Work vent
Doing this out of anger and frustration over a silly job in which I should of left many years ago. My co-worker (we only have two other people besides me that works at the print shop) who is 40 something years old gets to do whatever he wants ALWAYS! As a part owner i accepted this but now since his brother sold the business I DO NOT! Why is it when someone comes in a hour or sometimes a hour and half late daily, takes two hour lunches and leaves early - takes multi breaks gets a pat on his back! He gets off on Monday while i go in a half day because i am part time. WHAT???? HE IS PART TIME IF YOU CHECK HOW LITTLE HE WORKS. I actually work more hours then him!
I have delt with this individual for years, he has slaped my ***, i laughed it off then finally told him to stop, he reads porn at work which i don't care so much about but customers have seen him doing so, he is BIPOLAR and will argue with you over something then a hour later come back and say oh i agree with you and claim he never had the agrument with you in the first place (confusing right?) ! Then he comes up and says oh your getting fat or oh your *** is getting thinner. I accepted it for four years because i felt i had to. I JUST WANT THIS SEMESTER TO BE OVER WITH AND MOVE TO A NEW JOB!!!
This co workers lives at home with mommy and never left the house, got married, etc. His own brother sold the business because he 'couldn't take him anymore'. Now the new boss asks his advice on the business, allows him to do whatever he wants and why??? I HAVE NO CLUE! My old boss never asked his own bro for business advice, he asked me!
SO pissed off lately because i am getting asked what i am doing constantly, and when i do take breaks its REALLY tinny ones lately when my work is completely done for the day (like right now) and co-worker sits and reads a magazine and has work to do has nothing said to him.
