NWR: Teachers

Hey girls...I am a Special Ed teacher in NYC... my school found out they are closing or 'phasing out' as the BOE likes to call it...anyone know any positions for a 1-6 Elementary/Sp Ed teacher for next year? Either in the city or LI, I know its early but figured I'd ask! TIA!

I don't know of any at the moment, but...if you haven't already, check out the OLAS website. They post openings there. I know that things are rough with budgets being cut....I'm currently looking for next year as well...good luck!

I called HR connect today and they told me Open Market would post vacancies, HOWEVER, not until April. So, you can't see any vacanies on the website until April. Just keep asking around, that's you're best bet until then.
