I know when my court date is, just unsure of time and where to go, but is there another number to call besides 718-488-5710? it's constantly busy and I need to know TODAY what time I'm going so that I can get a temp in for work.

Did you get a letter in mail? Does it have where the court is on that? When I had to go a few weeks back it had the address where to go. Also do you have to go in Suffolk or can you go in the city? The 718 area code is for Queens, brooklyn and SI.

I got a letter, which how I knew the date, but I lost it somewhere and I can't remember the time. Also, when I googled the Hauppauge office (because I am pretty sure that's where I have to go) they tell you to call a number in the 718 area code, which is beyond me.

I see that phone # on the website- they said its a general # to Jamaica. Can you find any info on the DMV website. If you put in your ticket # and info- maybe that can tell you
