My girlfriend's birthday is coming up. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend any vineyards to go out east, are there tours, etc. Any ideas? I need to contact someone about transportation.

we really enjoy Martha Clara, Osprey Dominion, and Wolffer.
But Wolffer is on the south fork.
