I usually give them (I have 3 bosses) a box of chocolate or cookies plus a card.

Last year I gave my boss liquor filled chocolates and he had no idea it was even a holiday!
I only did this because the previous year I was at another job and was OSTRACIZED when I didnt want to give my B ITCH of a boss a gift!
