I went to a taping of her new show this morning in the city!!! It was so much fun!! I was never part of a studio audience before.... it was really interesting to see all that goes on behind the scenes of a talk show.... all that clapping and smiling they had us do let me tell you wore me out lol! The set was awesome and our seats rotated so we could see every part of the stage... She seems really cool and I love her recipes... It was only the second show they ever taped and they didn't tell us the air date... so much fun I want to go again & can't wait to see if I got on TV lol!!!!!

i wouldn't say i'm a fan... actually her cooking shows irk me... but i'll give her show a try when it comes on; ya never know! glad you had such a good time though... they are fun to go to; i went to rosie o'donnell years back... and my shoulder made it on tv! lol

I am a little upset that she took the Tony Danza spot. A bunch of us use to go to his show all the time. It was live and soooo much fun. The reason Ray got her own show is because Oprah loves her and has much power at ABC. I watch her on the foodnet work and sometimes have to turn her off. Try to go to a live show instead much much better. The view is one that is great to go to. If you like Martha Stewart you can get tickets to her show as well but she is also taped.

I LOVE Racheal Ray!!!!!!! I put in an order for her tickets. I can't believe they are taping already. So it won't be a live show I love her recipes, her books her shows and her magazine. The shows start airing in September.

there are only three shows on Food Network that I watch: 30 minute meals, good eats and Iron Chef. At first I really didn't like her, but as I started watching it more, Rachael Ray grew on me. Her recipes are awesome. I saw an ad for her show this morning as I was watching the morning news.

I didn't like her at first, but I watched her on Oprah one day and listened to her talk about how she got to be in the position she is today. She seems really grateful and the story was inspiring. She just went for it which is great.
I don't think I'll watch the show everyday, but I will try to catch it.

I LOVE her show. I have even tried to make a meal or two! Which is great because I never take the initiative to look up the recipes, etc. so I give her credit for making me want to actually cook and try something out.
But I have a hard time swallowing all her enthusiasm. haha. Like, if she says 'yummy, or holy cow that's good' one more time, I feel like I could toss the tv out the window.

That's so cool! I have been to a few tapings before for my media class a loooonnnngggg time ago, but it was an interesting experience to see! It does wear you out!
I like rachel ray a lot, my aunt loves her, can you FM me where to get the tix for a taping of the show? I think she would enjoy that! Thanks

I love her, too! I have a bunch of her cookbooks and even one of her DVD's! That's great that you got to go to one of her tapings - especially such an early one! Like a sneak peek!!!
Although, I wish we could have kept Tony Danza, too! (although I was never home to watch him, so what am I talking about? lol)
