NWR: WORST dining experience ever
After we went to Flowere Michele Friday night FH and I decided to go out to a nice dinner. We were driving down Jericho Turnpike in Mineola seeing what looked good and stopped at Circa .... IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
The waiter came to our table to take our drink orders, then our food orders, and didn't come back again until our entrees were finished.
I wanted to order a glass of wine to drink with our appetizer and before our meal .... well I couldn't do that since he NEVER CAME BACK!
Our appetizer was sent to the wrong table TWICE and when it finally got to us was cold .... but we couldn't send it back bc our waiter was no where to be found.
My lobster ravioli tasted like old dead fish and FHs meal was the worst thing he has ever tasted.
There was cold air blowing on me the whole time. The people they sat next to us was a man, his elderly mother, and his 7 year old son. The man didn't know how to keep his voice down and kept yelling at his mother about his ex and did nothing about his child who has playing with toy cars banging them together, throwing silverware, and rolling around in his chair and on the ground next to FH.
The waiter finally comes back after we are completely finished eating and brings the check. We wait for 15 minutes for him to come back so we can get change but he never comes back so we just leave -- he got a wayyyyy better tip than he deserved!
