After months of interviews and just worrying, I got a job yesterday working as a contracted therapist at a school in Roosevelt Island it's 30 hours a week and very close to the clinic I have been working at two nights a week. I start after Columbus Day. The school I was presently working at did not have enough hours and the parents and administrators were making nearly impossible for me to give the kids speech therapy in school because they all wanted after school services. Although this is longer commute for me it's better and more stable. I'm excited. I will be working in high school again. I just wanted to thank all of you who wrote me and put me in your thoughts about this situation. I really hope everyone else that needs to find work finds something they love soon. Now I can get back to enjoying wedding planning.

awwww, that's very good news! really happy for u finding a job in education under contract is really hard now, I started in a new school during the summer and they decided to keep me under contract . So I know exactly how u feel!
