nwr:Appliances...

Girls...

I know that this doesnt belong here...but I need quick help. My FH and I are looking at appliances...and I am ready to throw him out of the window.

Where did you get yours? I wanted stainless steel...and there are newtypes...that shows less fingerprints...but I cant decided on it. I seriosuly put my handa all over it and I didnt see much....

Any thoughts?

when we got ours, we went to Sears...we got GE brand, FH works for GE and we get a nice discount

I like PC Richards, but try the Home board on LIF. A couple of girls and guys just redid their kitchens and might have more ideas.

We just completely renovated our Kitchen. Its ok to look at PC Richards, but you should definitely price the items you are looking at at Jay's appliances in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike. They will negotiate and will be cheaper. We went with the Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel products (Fridge, mircrowave, oven & dishwasher) with the satina finish (no fingerprints and we love it.)

My onlu suggestion is DO NOT buy a maytag stove... my parents bought the 5 burner one back in march, we have to replace all of our cabinets... it melted them!!!! the kitchen would reach 115 degrees.... so we called maytag and theur response was that ovens are supposed to get hot... yeah but you shouldnt be able to boil a pot of water while baking a cake!..... so we ended up going back to PC richards and they replaced it and are going to pay for the new cabinets.... so i would say go to pc richards because they were accomidating to an issue that was not their fault, and avoid maytag

we got all of ours from sears... stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and fridge.... got a great deal and they had a good selection to pick from.

I just bought mine on WED!!! I got all different brands, b/c of the refrigerator I wanted is only made by one company. We got all stainless (just make sure that if you get different brands that the grain of the stainless is going in the same direction...so then it will match)

I bought everything at Jay's in Levittown. I got )% financing for 12 months..and they were the cheapest out of everyone! Including Sears, P.C. richard...Best Buy

The salespeople were really ready to work with you anf thry gave my extra rebates before the rebates were out!

I got a GE Profile range, Whirlpool dishwasher, LG refrig. Good luck!
