NYCity Weddings/LIWeddings Question?

I went on NYCity Weddings to search for some info on a NYC vendor we are considering... and the posts are exactly word-for-word the same as the ones on LIWeddings, by the same brides.

Am I the only one who thought these were separate sites? What is the point in giving the sites different names if they are exactly the same?

I was disappointed b/c I thought I would get a whole different set of opinions from brides who are planning weddings in NYC...

the sites share the same chat boards, but other sections are different - like the vendor section, reception hall section, etc.

There are plenty of city brides on here - when you want a city bride opinion, just post a thread topic directed towards 'NYC brides!'

there are some different brides on NYC than on LIW....strangely, there's a girl who posts on here who cannot log on to LIW at work, but can log on to NYC weddings from work!!

That's hysterical that someone's job blocked LIW, like they know how obsessed some people can be with this site!!!

No one tell them about NYCW!!
