OBAMA MANIA TOMORROW!!!!!!

Surprised that I haven't seen anything on this board about the inauguration tomorrow. . .

So, who's excited about Obama's first day in office tomorrow? Wish I could be in DC for the crazy parties they're going to have down there!!!!!!!

My coworker won tickets to go there! so she will be there!

I am excited! MAINLY TO GET RID OF BUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I think Obama will do a good job and boy does he have his work cut out for him! I can't wait to read a 4th grade text book where Bush is listed as the worst president ever! Sorry to you bush lovers... but IMO

Ha ha ha! I dont know why I picked a 4th grade text book but for some reason I picture 4th graders reading about his presidency.

We had 4th graders hold a 'debate' at one of my schools--one kid dressed up as McCain, the other as Obama. . .it was very cute.

YAYYYYY!!!! At my school, they are going to try to run the live feed. They did 2 trial runs already- it better work tomorrow b/c I want to see it!!!!

Same here, date twin! If they tell me that I can't reschedule my lesson group that normally comes at 12:10 pm for a later time, I am going to be VERY PISSED.

I didnt know about them testing a live fead.. i just assumed they would have it live on tv???
my friend is coming over to watch it! Actually we are going to hit up blue tulip first! Thanks to a post from someone! I actually got my eparty invites from there. I love that store..there are a lot of cute things there!

I am SO SO glad I don't live in DC right now. My friends are all bitching about the whole city is in chaos and at a stand still. It took my friend 4 1/2 hours to do a drive home from work yesterday that normally takes him 20 minutes.

Everyone is off tomorrow, but its been crazy for over a week. It doesn't take much to bring DC to a complete standstill. My favorite and least favorite part about living there.

o wow they are all off tomorrow! i want off too!

ive never even been there. but i do remmeber when stupid bush (sorry if you like him) was visiting the island my friend works on (some lil island by manhattan) and it was like chaos and insanity starting at least the week before and continuing until the day of. secret service etc... it gets crazy bc of security and what not.

but hey in this case it's all worth it in the end. we have one of the most awaited innaugerations ever! and bush is OUT! it's a great day!

again sorry if you like him.. but i just cant help but hate bush!
