I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight.....

in august a lawyer in pa filed a lawsuit against obama alleging that he could not be president- I will dig up the article. currently awaiting trial from what I understand.

Eh, I don't even agree with the law that the president SHOULD be a natural born citizen. . . but I can't help but feeling that if this was legit, it would have been cleared up already bc if it is determined and he has already won - it would cause chaos

Yeah I completely agree with you. If this was a serious issue, there would be much more insanity going on over it considering we are less than two months from the election at this point.

And even if it were true, I would STILL prefer Obama over the other option IMHO.

those were both very interesting articles!! thanks for sharing. i knew his mother was only 18 and not born in america, but i didn't know about the law of the mother have to be living in the US for over a certain amount of years etc. in order for their child to become a citizen! but like Tilde said I am sure this is all cleared up because otherwise I could just imagine the chaos

ya I think Palin is a lil ridic. Not the smartest move on McCains part in my opinion. I think she is great for being a woman and being successful. But I dont think she is the best candidate for VP.

Ya I agree it would ahve been a much bigger issue if this hadn't been cleared up yet. There is so much junk going around the internet- its hard to know whats true and what isn't.
