I like these threads ONLY because it helps me update my to-do list... here it is:


ASAP - Book rehearsal dinner location - NEED TO DECIDE BTW 2 PLACES
ASAP - buy undergarments for day of
ASAP - Finish deciding on BP gifts

Items for this weekend in bold
August - Alterations begin for myself and FMIL **THIS SATURDAY!!!**
August - FG dress to be custom made
August - Finish assembling DIY pocketfold invites - waiting for stamps to finish and send out
August - Mail out invites ASAP
August - Dress shopping with grandma for her dress - STILL SHOPPING :(
August - Go with dad & FBIL for tux measurements
August - Purchase Wedding Bands
August - Meet with DJ at RH (he needed to reschedule!)
August - Create photo montage
August - Welcome kits (order everything & put together)
August - Decide on all special songs for wedding, reception, and montage (Moved to August)
August - Finalize music
August - Pick cake
August - Start seating chart (wchecklist.com)
August/September - BUY FURNITURE FOR OUR NEW APARTMENT!!! ALSO PAINTING ETC.

September - Finalize music with church organist
September - Design and print programs - DESIGN PART IS DONE
September - Dance lessons
September - Final meeting with photog - must take pics etc
September - Buy FH's wedding gift (already picked out)
September - Bachelorette Party in Vegas!
September - Order groom's cake for RD (w/ picture or monogram?)
September - Put together edible favors

October - Final Payments to all vendors
October - Final headcount to RH
October - Drop off all RH items

DIY's
- Petal Cones - already designed, must print, cut, and assemble
- Menus - already designed, awaiting meeting with RH
- Favor Tags - printed & trimmed; need to be applied to boxes
- Favors - boxes ordered and received, need to cut ribbons and glue to boxes
- Water Bottles - labels designed and printed; need to apply to bottles
- Table Numbers - finalized and printed; need to decide on layout.
- Place Cards - moo cards ordered and received; need to make tent cards and names and assemble
- Unity Candle - DONE!
- Memorial Candle - designed, need to print and apply
- Photo Guest Book -purchased Book, must design pages and cut all paper etc
- Emergency Kit (DOC does this I believe)
- Day Of Timelines for programs and BP - designed, must print
- Tip Envelopes - DONE
- RD Invites
- Children Activity Books for reception (add crayons) - designed, must print etc.
- Something old (jewelry), new (haircomb), borrowed (?), blue (dress tag)
- Order e-pic prints for photocube and put card box together (PRINTS ORDERED)
- Seating Chart
- Bathroom Basket - have basket and some supplies, must put together and decorate
