This is where the '6 month girls' can chat about our weddings, how BUSY we will be this summer (summer? what summer?) and make sure we are all on track.

Well I think I am going to top everyone's drama today...

FH was cleaning the apartment and through out my TIARA... With 71 days left til the weddings on we had to go order a new one. Which will take 4 to 6 weeks to come in...

He said the box was so light and when he opened it all he saw was tissue paper, so he figured it was garbage.

OMG I WANTED TO KILL HIM...

Cool, Ladies!! I got mine out Friday - I got EIGHT phone calls on how much they liked the invites AND I got my PROGRAMS done... they're all printed, I'm working on assembly now. I did my 'sample menu' and it came out really neat - I didn't take pics yet, though. Here's my program (I left out the picture of the Thank you page and we actually put the lyrics to our first dance song in there, too):

I wrote this to my FH on the back cover.

Your programs are GORGEOUS!!! If you wouldn't mind changing Dean's name to Michael I'd like to order 150 please I'm sure he wouldn't notice! I love that you put the kitties inside! We put our girls on the stamps (I'm curious to see how many people notice).

OMG! I can't believe you mentioned the stamps - every one of the people that we have seen & that called - the FIRST thing they said was 'I CAN'T BELIEVE THOSE STAMPS!!' I catually JUST posted on BHB to DEFINITELY spend the extra & do it because EVERYONE has commented on it!

I just saw your post on the stamps - they look terrific!!! We put one cat on each stamp (invitation envelope & rsvp envelope) and since we used zazzle we were able to put their names on them too!
Just wondering, what kind of hole punch did you use to bind your programs?

I started out with a 'heart' hole puncher but it was hard to work with (could only do like 1 page at a time) & the ribbon wouldn't go through as easy and you couldn't even tell it was hearts so I just used a plain round hole puncher

My bright side is that I wanted to show it to my BMs and realized it wasn't there... Could you imagine if I would have gone to get it three days before my wedding

Thank you SO MUCH!! STEAL AWAY I give you permission. The memorial I got from another bride on here - I think it was 'ewickens'. As for stuff I wrote for FH, I wrote him several things - I wrote this on our invites: 'I thought I understood what love was, then I met you and I knew' ... I felt like I had been in love before and had other relationships, but with Dean it's just COMPLETELY different and NOW I know what it SHOULD be like... I wanted to convey that in one line, it was the best I could do I also wrote him a poem to read at the ceremony.

I did the program in MS Word... Then I photocopied them to be double sided because otherwise the ink on the laser het would bleed through. I did it at my office but I think Staples can do if for you. If you want my template I'll e-mail you the whole darn thing - just FM me your e-mail address!
