denied. ughhhhh so angry. posted on BHB, but do NOT go to the PO on 23rd and Lex. not only were they so rude to me, but they said that no PO in NY allows hand cancelling.

They LIED. I hand canceled my invitations mid-February - spent 90 minutes in that PO. I told them I would stand there and do it myself if they'd let me. The Mgr wanted to send me to 34th and 8th - the main one - but one clerk felt bad for me and lent me her stamp. They do hand cancel, they just don't like it and are told to send ppl away b/c they don't have the time.
