I Love the WM. I saw it on a rainy day and still fell in love the beautiful scenery. I booked a week later for my Saturday day wedding. My FH and I ate at the restaurant it was unbelievable. Anyone who I speak to adn share that I am getting married at WM have nothing but great things to say about . People who went to weddings a 2 years ago to several months ago all say the same thing...it'sbeautiful, the food was amazing, the service is fabulous and they had a great time. I can't wait. I will definitely be at the Showcase. By the way I booked with Felicia and I love that woman!!!!
Are any of you girls going to use WM house photo/video??? I just some sample pics in the mail from Sherwood Triat, I didnt know they were one of WM house vendors. YAYY bec I saw their work somewhere else and it looks amazing. Has anyone visited them? Pl give me feedback. Thank You
they were amazing but they are the pricest of the bunch. I am having a problem trying to find a photographer I love and is withing the price range of about $3000. $3000 will get teh smallest of packages at sherwood.
So I just got back from stopping by the Westbury Manor! I am going to meet with Pedestals tomorrow and wanted to look at the room to see what flowers I thought would look good! Plus any excuse to stop in, lol... I love it there!
Did you like pedestals, I thought they had beautiful work but I thought they were stuck up. I met with Nadia and at the end ofour meeting she said would you like to reserve the date b/c we have a huge event in Manhattan and we aren't taking many more parties for that day. Hats off to Pedestals for making me feel like my business and my day was very important to them!!!
I found flowers by Brian more helpful and their work was amazing they made sample center pieces right there on the spot 1st visit.

Sorry to hear your experience with Pedestals, I have heard so many good things about them. Iam prob going to go with Pedestals bec they give you $10 off each CP bec you are a WM bride, but before I go there I will visit Flowers by Brian and Flowers by Michelle, their work is good also.

hi girls! you girls prob know me- i'm the one who booked at Glen Island harbour anyways a friend of mine is looking for a hall to get married & i mentioned to her about westbury manor but she hasnt gotten a chance to go there- how many people can fit in the garden room?
how much is the larger room for a fri, sat or sun evening? when is there off peak?
If the garden room is the same one that i'm thinking of (the one on the same floor as the manor room?)....
There's no bar in the garden room, but they will give you access to one of the cocktail hour rooms WITH a bar, usually the library (right across the hall)...so you will have access...just not in that room.
Is Felicia the short lady? And does Mel have accent? I have Susan Bria, at first I was like I dont know about this lady, she really didnt show me around that much just the down stairs not the upstairs. Whatever I will see the whole place next Wednesday. THen I went back to book with her and I love her, she has sooo much energy, she is honest, nice, gave us a good price and she added the coco fountain for us last sec and the martini bar and we are working on the seafood boat, lolol and the candy bar, she is really good with negociating. SHe is great. Is the BM your matra'd the day of the wedding? NO right??

they will tell you 150 people but if you speak with Felicia she will say no way, it is to tight and you will be uncomofortable. You may want to try for a weekend afternoon wedding when the minimum is about 150 in the manor room ( at least in the winter months it is)
