btw. my ceremony will be in the continental room and CH & reception downstairs in the ballroom i can't remember the exact name.
We have the Tiffany/Cristal rooms. But we were thinking aboiut changng, not sure of the name of the room but its on the top floor and it had an adjacent CH room with an outside patio....I like that room better! Ian said they are the same, but right now our guest will have CH on the main floor and then have to go upstairs to the main room for the reception. So we were thinking of switching....
Anyone using house vendors? What about hotel blocks and churches? Where do you plan on staying the night before and after?
So far, we have the RH, florist, photographer and my dress. We are still looking at DJ's (that seems to be the hardest decision for us), limos (I think that can wait for a little while), videographers and we are doing lighting as well...I feel so behind compared to you all and everyone was telling me I was doing too much!!
I'm a Leonards Bride too!!! Both FH and I fell in love and the price was too good to pass up. I'm doing my ceremony there as well. We are using 3 rooms on the Main level.
I think Antonio gave us the list with all the upgrades in the packet. I went there yesterday to complete our deposit and saw they were having a taste testing. I did not know they were having one. I have to call them and find out when they are organizing another one. I hear the food is DELICIOUS!
Thus far I've booked, RH and ordered my dress. I'm currently searching for Photographer & Florist. I'm seeing 2 of the in house florist in 2 weeks. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

all i have booked so far is RH and know what my gown will be (haven't ordered it yet). I also know my color scheme and half the wedding party (FH hasn't asked his yet)
I met with Flowers by Rose, liked them a lot; Today I am meeting with Flowers by Gina; Friday meeting with Flower by Michele.
We booked with Gina! She is the greatest, and she offers alot of help with planning, she has alot of experience and was really personable and friendly! And her sample CP's were FAB!!

Don't woory your doing fine for now. My room is the Penthouse, right as you come out of the elevator and I am using house vendors such as Royalty Limo and Proline Video. Who are you using for uplighting, I would like to contact them to see there prices?
There was a Bride who got married at Leonards and she posted pics and made a GREAT review, she used lighting and it was gorgeous. She used World of Illuminations and she loved them!

I am trying to start booking all of my vendors, so I want to go in and meet with my BM (Tommy) to ask him about ugrades and their prices! I will let you girls know how it goes!
So I spoke to my BM and he told me that there is a food tasting this saturday. I told him that I had already gone to one and he was like it's fine come again and that way after we can sit down and discuss the upgrades you want! So I might just go.
I was told that in the Garden Room, they usually keep the shades drawn because its right next to valet and its distracting, so I was advised not to book the Garden Room because you dont actually get the full effect of the windows when the shades are all closed??/ Antonio explained it that way to me, so maybe you can double check? I was wondering if anyone was using the room that has the adjacent cocktail hour room with the balcony? (Unsure what the name is)?
