i'm too fickle to actually book a hall.. lol. i'm als on EBP -i'm the chick who has decided on crest hollow... no woodbury....no crest hollow.. ....then i went for the food tasting last night and now i am back at square one.. literally.. with no clue as to which hall to pick...

i was working with veronica.. and they had the most fabulous cd playing throughout the food tasting.. it was a jazz hip hop cd.. oh my goodness talk about great music..


(oh and i became 'officially' engaged last night as I got my ring!!! . it's so pretty!!!)

It does take some for some to pick their hall - I have been to so many halls and Swan Club was right for me - You will find it - and you will know

Chateau briand, is beautiful!! we went to a food tastin there last night.. it was SOOOO good.. they served us EVERYTHANG!! the chateu briand was delicious as ws the salmon.. absolutely delicious..the desert was fabulous even!

I was reading through that thread - I dont see anything wrong with being economical and classy. I let go of many wedding fantasies because I was thinking aboout the house we want, the furniture........

YES THEY DO DO TASTINGS!! i've been working with victoria who is fabulous.. she reminds me of the wife from king of queens.. leah reamini i think... they did a private tasting last night for me fh and my daughter.. cocktail with the cheese and veggies, and a veggie plate of string beans and potatoes and a plate of the chateau briand, salmon and the chicken..

it was all good.. although i'm at the point where i don't even want to offer chicken on a menu.. it's never as good as the steak or salmon..

Yes you know Sess. I told him look, I am making payments to the hall regardless of their payment schedule because I need to know that if nothing else that is taken care of. I show him the 'budget spreadsheet' then he gets on the ball again.

Girls, just found out today that one of my bridesmaids is pregnant (She is married to one of FH's groomsmen). I am soo happy for her. She was worried about telling me, I am like girl please, god willing you will have that baby by December and have plenty of time to get your body together.

She thought I was going to tell her she can't be in the wedding. I was like lets go get you fitted next week and order one size up in the dress just in case and you just get alterations.
