how soon are u sending out u'r save the dates? have u received mailings from magnet street? i'm not sure if i want to do that or do my own.. my mom is planning my engagement party for sept 1st so i'm prob gonna throw some attnetion to that...

i've got my colors together -or at least i thought i did till i saw those hideous gowns at davids bridal.. and none of them in the colors i want..

You can give them whatever you want - If you do searched online there are so many different ideas - but you know your bridal party to know what they would like

My BM's - DOJ, little jewelry box, candles, and little things to fill up the bag (lotions etc...)
GM- Personalized pen and cufflinks
FG - Toys and jewelry
RB - He love swords so we are getting him one with this name on it

I wanted to - however I had to pick and choose for budget reasons and that had to be eliminated and then we didnt know what to do with it after the wedding

thats a good point...i have been thinking that way since we started planning the wedding. Everytime FH and I were thinking about adding something to the wedding, we were asking ourselved 'but can we use this after August 25th?'

I just know the personalize aisle runner will be soooo cute...

i am too! i'm working on our monogram now, and as soon as i get a couple of samples for fh to check out we'll go buy the aisle runner and start working on it..

me too. I figure after the wedding I can cut out the monogram and quote so that I can frame them both in shadow boxes with other wedding stuff.

(really i'm not this crafty but this wedding business makes you become all Martha Stewart like...LOL)

okay, well my big problem with the personalize aisle runner, where to start. I have no idea where to start with the monogram....like should i do initals, whole names, ahhhhh i'm fustrated just thinking about it!!! And where do i go to get the monogram blown up, or made that big?

i'd say just open up microsoft publisher and start playing around. u may need to download some new ofonts dependng on what fonts u have on u'r computer.. also u can do a search on wedding monograms and see what styles are out there and then try to copy. check my album for the 3 i worked on today.. i like them.. but i know none of them are 'it'
