I was looking for one on here, but I didn't find a recent one (last thread was 09-10). I believe there are quite a few of us now and it might be nice to have a place to easily find each other during the planning process!! :)

We had Nick as our Matre D. Lou sold us the place, and Laura was my Bridal attendant...

Each and every person there was AMAZING!!!!

My hairdresser told me today that one of her clients is getting married this weekend at Chateau La Mer. The client heard through the grapevine that CLM still has no power. The client called CLM, and they confirmed that this is true. CLM would not give her deposit back and said that the wedding would still go on. IDK what day she spoke to CLM or whether they plan on using generators, or if they have power back by now......but just a heads up!

As of yesterday they still have no power but they are running on generators. I just hope they get power back in the next two weeks. I don't see why they still don't have power. That is terrible for that bride.

I have gone to a wedding at CLM and I L0VED every aspect of it, the room was beaituful the food was AMAZING and they offered guests seconds of them ain entree, and my only advice is to save room for the dessert b/c the vianesse hour is beyond any i have seen before.

Good luck ladies! If i was able to i would have booked there!
