I was looking for one on here, but I didn't find a recent one (last thread was 09-10). I believe there are quite a few of us now and it might be nice to have a place to easily find each other during the planning process!! :)

I went to their showcase - everything was fine except the dock right next to it was completely shut down no cars are allowed on it and it has to be re-done

I found out there is no arch provided for the indoor ceremony.

So I found out there is no arch provided for indoor ceremony. Is anyone getting married at the venue? What are you doing for your indoor ceremony?

I'm not getting married there so I don't know much about it, sorry. However, at TWOTY, they didn't have an arch and it looked very pretty....let me see if I can find some pictures....

I want to but don't think I'm going to be able to. A lot of people said you don't really need it there but I asked Nick and he said if you can swing it makes a big difference

We aren't. However, our reception is during the day and runs into the evening so its not worth it for us but I think our lights from the DJ are suffice.

we are doing an uplighting package for the room on the first floor - i think they said we need 27 lights for that room costing $1100 - little pricy but i couldn't resist...
They just called me to pick my menu next week have you guys thought about your menu options?

We don't know what to pick! There are so many great options. Some of the girls at TWOTYITS told me the Chilean sea bass was great. Has anyone gone for their cake tasting yet?
