Hi Ladies, I want to start this thread so we can talk about DeSeversky and share thoughts and ideas. I know there are 2 others getting married at DeSeversky so far.

Re: Official DeSeversky Center Thread
I was wondering if anyone is or was planning on doing Buff Brides at NYSC? I am thinking about doing it but since it's pretty pricey I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were?

Re: Official DeSeversky Center Thread
Ok so here I go with another question. Sorry guys I am trying to get a lot of stuff done before I start grad school again. I was wondering if anyone could give me Debbie and Rosalie's e-mail addresses. I misplaced them and was hoping to e-mail them both sometime this week. Thanks for all the help.
If anyone does have the liquor upgrade, can you post it??? I'm curious...what is your issue? Should I be nervous about something?
Top Shelf Liquor that is included:
Vox Vodka Tanquery Gin Bacardi Spiced Rum Coconut Rum Jack Daniels Seagrams 7 Seagrams VO Dewars Jose Cuervo Southern Comfort Amaretto Coffee Liquor Peach Schnapps Triple Sec Dry and Sweet Vermouth
Everything else would be in the Platinum Liquor Upgrade, which is and additional $15 per person.

Re: Official DeSeversky Center Thread
Hello Deseversky Brides,
Im am getting married at the deseverky August 5th..
After reading this Chat Thread I am also concerned at the coordinator not being provided.
Can somone please tell me what a DOC is and what a Doc does...and how much does it cost.
Sorry if this is repetitive.. I'm new to all this and a little nervous that i don't have a DOC and my wedding is 6 months away..

Re: Official DeSeversky Center Thread
another quick revelation.
did you know that there are only 2 beers on tap...no bottles.
I really wish I would have known at the beginning. We have a lot of beer drinkers coming and we'll have to pay more for anything additional.

I wasn't happy about the 2 beer thing either, but they are willing to order whatever we want as long as we give them enough notice. Is wine available?

Yes, they have several house wines: Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, White Zin.
I'm going to see if I can trade out some of the wine for some more beer. I'll let you know.

I tried Rosalie and she was booked and she referred me to Francesca. She has been AMAZING. She is the one who has been putting all my worries to rest. She is extremely professional and attentive. She is totally on top of things and is super helpful. She always checks in to see if I need anything. I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly, highly recommend her. Tell her Christina raved about her!

We were at Deseversky this weekend discussing the whole wine/beer issue. You can order any beer or liquor you like, but you will be paying for it extra. For beer, you can order bottles or kegs, but keep in mind for a keg you will need to substitute one of the two taps they have. They standardly offer an import and domestic.
And regarding the wine, I believe the house wine they use is Walnut Crest.
