Hello 07 east wind ladies! I just wanted to crash this thread and say what a wonderful wedding I had @ the east wind estate!!!!! Things went PEFECT and everyone there was such a big help. Check out my review. Good luck! Your gonna love it there..................

PS I know they dont really have an offical cake testing unless you go direct to rolling pin bakery, However I did enjoy the choc. filling and canoli. Also I would reccomend a small upgrade in the look of the cake, some of the ones they show are OLD school looking.

Can I bring a picture in of what I want and then I guess they will let me know if they can include or I have to pay extra?

That's what I did, I used a pic from another 06 brides cake and modified it alittle to our liking. It was a cheaper upgrade then doing lets say the fondont, thats real exp $$$. I think somewhere in my review I have a pic if not I will post one up soon.

My parents kept getting calls the next day saying how great the svc was and food was great!

Has anybody used the wedding coordinator that they provide?? Just curious, b/c I didn't and I think I should have since its free!

Hi,

I used the wedding coordinator...While he was extremely nice he didn't really do all that much for us. He scheduled an appointment for us with the florist, which is the only one of their choice vendors that we are using. Maybe as our wedding date gets closer we will have further use for him. He did offer some helpful suggestions...

I was going to just sit down since it was free, but never got the chance to

we met with him last year when we were figuring out photography and photography styles we liked. He set up some appointments for us as well.

Does anyone know about the discount they offer with their invitations? I was thinking about doing that, but I dont know what to do. Also, when should I order invitations??

My wedding is in April and I am in the process of picking out the invitations and will have them ordered before January

Yes they will copy whatever you want!! Some are extra but mine was not!!!
