A few other girls and I were talking last week, and realized there does not appear to be an official East Wind thread, so decided to start one. Post away!

I too have to write a review! I am waiting to get pro pics. I have non-pro pics of the Estate in my albums. I loved it! And, the outside ceremony flowers are so beautiful! I think everything went well and smooth.

Thinking of it, but I'm going to wait until the wedding gets closer to ask the DJ and to see where my budget is. If its still available for the day I'll go for it, otherwise no biggie. But I do love the way it looks!!

I'm also at the Estate... we were there a month or so ago to meet the florist at With All My Heart (haven't booked yet but they were really nice and I think reasonable)...
Anyway, we popped into the Estate after and it was set for a wedding and looked soooo beautiful.
Yay for East Wind :)
Everyone that has been to a wedding there raves about the cocktail hour (def. go to the showcases and test it out for yourself)... so I am confident it'll be great!

I met with Linea for my flowers at With All My Heart. I booked them on the spot because I felt comfortable with them doing the wedding....especially being right there. They also did my mom's flowers when she was remarried last year at Country Gardens.

Re: Official EAST WIND Thread
I am getting married in the Estate in June 2010. I am having the ceremony there as well, so the pictures are going to take place before the ceremony. Was East Wind accommodating to having pictures done there before the service? We are having a Saturday night wedding, are there nice places to take pictures before the wedding? Will we be interfering with the Saturday afternoon weddings? I'm just getting stressed over the pictures.....I'd love some feedback

We used with all my heart too-- overall the flowers looked pretty. But just don't go with roses on your boutt-- they fell apart on all of my guys and it's not so bad in the photos because the photographer can edit them but in the video you notice it everywhere! (I review them in detail in my review)

Yeah, that's definitely not OK. I'll definitely be mentioning that to Linea!

I am sure they have it so it wont interfere with the day wedding. Yes they def allow you to take pics before the wedding. Thats whats great is there grounds are so beautiful.
I am taking as many pics as I can with my girls before the ceremony then with FH after.
