Shaquia those ceneterpieces are beautiful IMO. I would use them unless they look really fake in pwerson. I think that is going to be my biggest struggle. I want nie high centerpieces but refuse to spend $$$$ on them. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. My florist quote is going to be outrageous b/c I have 10 girls!!!!

I'm looking into dj's now.Which dj has you guys used, i had posted a thread and some girls told me elegancia was good. But who else besides them that is also not too pricey but play the good Spanish music not the typical Suavemente stuff lol. I also contacted FM but im not sure if they will have what i want.

I have been told that Ultimates Sounds DJ is really great. I'm going to check out Vistaprint.

Hey.....Le Parker Meridien Hotel....I coudn't use a Catholic Church. But this place is goregous..check it out

My Fh is not catholic either and they are allowing us to get married there. We just can't have a full mass only a ceremony and the deacon will marry us, not the priest.

Nope. But I still haven't brought them my papers yet. The deacon was very nice to me. He penciled me in for the day and we are going to take care of all the specifics after the holidays.

Re: Official Latina Brides Thread

The father told me that to give him a call after the holidays i guess its to start the Pre Cana and bring the papers. I wonder what they ask during the Pre Cana . It's good that at least you got the date and didn't have to switch anything.

Re: Official Latina Brides Thread

Yeah. That was my biggest concern. Because technically you are supposed to book the church then the RH. Because the church is really the most important part. I've been told that sometimes the church gets mad when they find out that people booked the RH first.

Yes ive heard of that too but its funny because my priest said o now you can go book the rh youve been looking at. I said o no we haven't checked out anything yet, i felt bad about lying but i didn't want to say oh yes we have lol. My priest was really nice he was telling us jokes about married life.

Yeah. I have 10 girls but Kirk has 5 brothers and I have 4 plus hes adding a friend so it adds up. It's actually 11 girls depends on whether or not his sis in law is still trying to get pregnant.
I def like the centerpieces makes the room look grand. our minimum is 175. so probably about 200.
