As you can see - I am absolutely bored and procrastinating from doing work - so I made of list of past and future NRC brides so we can all know where to get info, reviews, opinions and pictures from. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure I missed some past brides and some future brides - I'll still look for more though...

I need help finding a hotel for out of town guests. Somewhere near the NRC. I want to be able to stay there the night before with my bridesmaid, take picture in the morning and then stay the night of with my FH.
I know about the Fairfeild Inn near by and the Fox Hollow Inn. Is anyone using these hotel?If not, which ones?

Does anyone know if NRC provides nice table #s? Or are they the standard ones you see with the metal raised holder. I was just looking at Stephanie's (spel) review and she had really nice table #s. I think she made them.

They are numbers in a nice frame ( I believe a gold frame). They are not raised just a 5 x 7 frame on the table.
are you keeping cocktail tables in the small bar room during cocktail hour??

i might, my guest list is so big right now!!!
has anyone picked out their menu yet? i went for the tasting today and everything was yummy! i think we will have the filet mignon with the shitake sauce, the chilean sea bass with the mango and papaya salsa (if it is still available) and the chicken with lemon sauce. if the chilean sea bass is not available, then we will go with the salmon with horseradish crust and chive sauce.

It wasnt available at our tasting. I asked and they said it depends on the 'market value' So how do you know if you can have it for your wedding?

the chilean sea bass might be placed on the endangered species list. in the event that it is, the salmon will be my back up. although, they are also offering tilapia, which is similiar to chilean sea bass.

went there today because I was in the area and my mom and I wanted to see the new waterfall--it's BEAUTIFUL!! They also made a new brick area with benches right by the waterfall! I'll try and post the pictures.
I am now officially upset that i am getting married in the dead of winter - ok - it had better snow - or else!
