As you can see - I am absolutely bored and procrastinating from doing work - so I made of list of past and future NRC brides so we can all know where to get info, reviews, opinions and pictures from. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure I missed some past brides and some future brides - I'll still look for more though...
hehe, true. but i want chocolate frosting and wedding cakes are usually white - my dad is very against this cake.

Okay girls. My future MIL came to visit this weekend so I took her to the North Ritz so she could see it. They finished up the offices upstairs to match the new entranceway, AND they built a new waterfall as you drive in around the circle to the right. It is very pretty and natural looking, with rocks and grass. I think you will all really like it. I just wanted to let you all know...

Wow, that sounds great about the waterfall, as I'm visiting with florists, just touching base with anyone - Not sure if North Ritz said they would provide votive candles or bowls with a bloom in them for the cocktail, anyone know? If not I should take a visit with my banquet manager.

When I went for the tasting they told me the tables came with votive candles - cocktail and reception.

I believe they supply votive candles - although I vaguely remember a mention of a bud rose in a vase - or maybe that was another reception site - LOL!

I was told also that they supply votives for the tables. The waterfall sounds great! I'm so excited. Would it be nice for pictures too?

I thought they provided votives only for cocktail and reception.

Another thing I forgot if they mentioned, anyone know....Did they say they have some type of hospitality prior to the ceremony, like beverages being offered when guests arrive??

i think they mentioned that they meet your guests at the door with champagne. but i dont remember - i am sure they will tell you if you give them a calll

You are correct! I am having my ceremony there and I was told there will be champagne as my guest arrive. I also think they do it even if you are not having your ceremony there the champagne is in the lobby. They have a nice cart that they put the champagne on!
