OFFICIAL November 06 thread

what does everyone have left to do.

I have
Hair trail
Order tuxes, i picked them out already.
Print Menus, and programs.
Undergarments.
I bought shoes, but i dont think i like them i think i need new ones.
Gett my dress fitted.
Pick up bridal party gifts....

I have dress fittings (may want to finally get a bra to wear)
wedding bands
finalize ceremony
FG dress (this weekend)
GM gifts (just have to pick them up)

and then tons of little things and final appts...

I have:
dress fittings (first one tonight)
programs
place cards
seating
finish table numbers
pick our menu
oh yeah, book our RD!!!
we are seeing our sample centerpiece this weekend, Im so excited!

Kleinfelds called me yesterday....MY DRESS IS IN! I'm so excited - can't wait to go see it again! I have to call today to make an appt for my first fitting.

But first I need to go get shoes and a bra!

I still need to do:
Tuxes
Finish BP gifts (if anyone has a good idea for my 7 and 4 yr old ring bearers - please let me know! I'm clueless!)
Stuff & Mail invites
Meet with florist and RH

I think that's it...not too bad.

I have my 2nd Hair trail in October

Make final appts with all vendors
Finish setting up ceremony
Marraige License
Votive Place Cards

picture frames for displaying family pics

get baby pics together


All little things but they keep adding up!

how funny is it that we all sart fittings next week,,,yippeee for us

make votive placecards
get bra, and crinoline

get wedding day jewelry

Lined is on the inside

it goes invitation
tissue paper
directions for both places
reception card
rsvp card

that is top to bottom-

so, everything goes 'behind' the invite?

I didn't have lined envelopes but I know that my inner envelopes did not have a seal and my outer envelopes had my address printed on them. That's how I was able to keep them straight. Plus, the inner envelope should be slightly smaller so it can fit inside the outer envelope.

I put everything inside the inner in this order:

invitation
tissue paper
reception card
directions
response card

Yikes, I put the tissue paper on the top of the writing on the invitation!!!

thats where i thought it would go... to 'keep it from getting dirty'


aghhh!

Hi girls just checking in. I may have to wait until next week to send my addresses to vendor to have mine sent out! My mom just told me that she is having 10-15 people frm my step dad's side invited and I still need their addresses!! If they go out the week of the 18th is this still enough time for all to RSVP or am I cutting it close? When do you think I should have them out by ?

I think I read somewhere it's 4-6 weeks to give people to respond. If so then I think I'm ok.

I think you will be fine generally they say you should send your invites out 8-6 weeks before the wedding. I am sending mine out this weekend!

im going to see my sample centerpiece tomorrow!!!!!!! so excited

Mailed Invites out today! I can't wait to start getting RSVP's
