For some reason I'm having problems posting pics. Anyway, my invites are fall themed. They are the ones with that bright ornange/reddish leaf on the front, if you're familiar with it. Its by Invitations by Dawn.
For my BM's I'm paying for their hair/manis/pedis. For my 2 MOH's I'm also paying for their makeup.
I got my invites from Invitations by Dawn as well. They have the best selection for Autumn themes I've seen so far.
For BM gifts, I'm ordering them monogramed tote bags and will fill them with stuff they like (pj's, body lotions and shower gels, slippers, etc). I'm also paying for their makeup to be done on the day of the wedding.
Parent gift for FH's parents - NO idea! But I'm sure we'll think of something!

I just picked out bridemaid dresses this weekend. I thought it would be really hard since I have a lot of different body shapes in my bridal party, but surprising enough we found a dress that everyone liked and looked good in. I'm not sure how to post pics, but it's Bill Levkoff #966 in wine with a champagne sash.

here are the invitations I want to get, but with a cranberry background instead of chocolate. You order the supplies from them and then assemble yourself.

We picked out the BM dresses but waited on ordering them because one of my BM is trying to get pregnant, so we wanted to see what happens in case she was going to be 9 months pregnant. We'll probably order by the end of the month or beginning of May the latest.

I haven't ordered BM dresses yet either. I have 3 girls 'trying' right now so I think I'm just going to pick a designer and then let each girl pick her own style? Never really thought I'd go that route but might as well. I need to really start looking, huh? I like the Watters&Watters line but I def needs to pull the trigger on this one! Uggh!

I haven't started this either. I feel like it's still so early. I want someone to come to my house so I know I should really start looking but I still haven't found any styles (hair or makeup) I really love. The only possible style right now is how Tiffany Thiessen did her hair for her wedding. Plus I want to have a tan before I do my make up trials. Feeling very pale right now.

And my Hair girl has been doing my hair since I was in 11th grade. She did my hair for both my Proms, other weddings and occassions.. She's great and sooooo affordable...

I think I'm on the same 'timeline' as you. I'm going to order my BM dresses and do my invites in May. That's plenty of time, right? I guess I should really get to the makeup and hair. I don't want to wait too long and have them booked (I know who I'm going to just need to book it)!
