I went to SC yesterday and the new centerpieces are GORGEOUS!!! I actually saw one with fresh flowers added to it and it really makes a difference. Also, I asked Deana about the issues with the honeymoon and she said that the contract with the Polish company will not be renewed, but she wasn't sure when the ending date would be.

Blondybride: I asked about the drapes and she said that they can roll them all the way up if you don't want them there, but you can still see the castle cut outs through them and underneath them

I have a few pics, I'll post them when I get home

I would never travel to a place like Greece, so I'm going to just try to make the best out of it if the contact doesn't expire in the next 2 years. FH and I were actually talking about a 1 week cruise afterwards, so we'll see!!

PS. Deana said that they are going to be 'investigating' all of the Royalty Limo issues (since they're a preferred vendor)

Yea, she said they've been hearing it a lot and they do not want to recommend companies to brides if they are collectively having bad experiences

Hey girls!!!! Sorry been so busy! Just had time to catch up (I'm a teacher so I am freeeeeeee!!) Hehe. Love the draping and the option to not have it, love the centerpieces and HATED royalty, I literally thought I was being punked!!!!! We went with camelot!! I am also taking the greece trip and going to italy for a week as well!!!! I look at it as the same as an above post, free and I'm not going to be at the resort all day everyday :) also who r u guys using for ur room block. I have to go look but I think price wise and customer service wise I'm going with hyatt.

YAY I booked Camelot too!! and btw our room block is at Viana Hotel they are WONDERFUL!!!! book your rooms with Terrence Cooper, Joanne is a brat and not nice. The hotel and staff are amazing and the rooms are to die for!!!!

hey girls!

i am taking the crete honeymoon too.. do you know how far in advance we have to have to tell sandcastle our dates?

also- to anyone doing the crete honeymoon.. are you going to any other greek islands? fiance and I are planning on going to santorini and mykonos, and probably a day or 2 in athens.. any hotel suggestions in santorini or mykonos that are not terrrribly expensive? there are SOO many its hard to decide!!!

i really hope the resort in crete is ok.. i have a neighbor who has actually been to the same resort and he said it was a great place.. hoping he is right!!!! has anyone looked into any excursions on crete? i know this is very early (getting married next June), but i have the summer off and am trying to figure out as much stuff as possible for the honeymoon now!! :)

Hey!!! Where have you been?! Check the 2013 board too for G2G...
But I asked same question at SC. I was told that at grand showcase in sept they will have giveaways. But if you go to july one you can say 'if I book with you now, what can you do for me?l. She said that someone can talk privately to you in an office and try to work something out! Plus the july one is more intimate so they can really focus on your questions.

I've spoken with Fabio before at a prior showcase, but with general questions nothing relating to price etc. I asked Dina to set us up sometime this week to talk about the important stuff. I'm not going to book then, since i still wanna price out a few other DJs.
I'm going to try to make the July showcase, but i dont know my schedule yet, so hopefully i'm not working!!! It might be too soon to book with them then, but maybe the september one will work. If not, i'll just meet up with them and try to negoticate.

I'm been working like crazy, hense being MIA. But, i'm back!

Hey everyone! Just popped into the sandcastle. Omg, still takes my breath away! The draping looks sooooo beautiful in person, very classy and elegant! You still see the cutouts also! For the honeymoon, the availabilty dates for 2012 come out in december dina said so us 2012 girls can't book until then which is ok! I am so pleased and excited!!!!!!!
