From what I heard there can be 3 events but only two weddings at a time. As far as the grounds, I think they stagger the times so that only one bride will be outside at a time. I was concerned initially but then got over it. The room downstairs has its own set of bathrooms also. The Contessa and Camelot rooms do share the upstairs bathrooms though. I will admit the bathrooms, although pretty, are a bit tight.

I need them done by October I could NOT believe how small they were. And they have mirrors on the walls as you walk in to make it look bigger, but I just find it confusing.

If the doors opened out, it would definitely be better. I know for sure I'll be walking my butt up the stairs to the bridal suite to go to the bathroom. Ohhhhh or if there isn't an event going on in the Garden room downstairs my guests can just run down and use those.

seriously half my guests arent gonna fit in them.... lol... i jus pictured a bride with this huge dress on tryin to squeeze in there... (i'd prob still use downstairs b/c i prob wouldnt make it up the stairs otherwise hahahaha )

and yes, its very weird and confusing in there... this is seriously the only thing i really dislike about the place and it wasnt until the showcase that i saw it...

Just ordering invites now, still have to book limos, and finalize a bunch of stuff. cant believe its so soon. How many guests are you having? there has been a bunch of threads saying that the camelot room cant fit anymore than like 180-200. what do you think?

hmmm yah thats been a major topic of discussion... we are inviting between 220-230 so i hope we are ok with room. i dont want to have to fit more than 200 but they say the room can hold 235 (would have to put 2 tables on the dancefloor). It also depends on how many they put at a table - can range from 8-10!

Hi girls!! Just an update. I went to the SC to finalize my menu and cake. It was great. We met with Joe, he was awesome. All the food sounds amazing. Just so you know, they have place cards if any of you want them. (i didnt know that but im so excited that its one less thing i have to buy) The place looked gorgeous as usual, the people are wonderful and i just cant wait for it to be here!!! Let me know if you have any questions and maybe i have an answer. ( i asked about a million questions while i was there) Oh, and ps. i think the bathrooms are really nice!! they didnt seem small to me at all...JMO.

Yay! I'm so glad there is a swan club thread! I am getting married there on Sept 5th 08 in the garden room! Anyone know about having a rehearsal there? I heard that they don't allow it. I think that is weird.
