Well, I give you permission to crash our cocktail hour and eat (in two years)- lol!!!
Hey- did anybody use one of their house bands? Me and FH are starting to listen to different wedding bands. Any suggestions?
No, sorry! We actually didnt use any of their vendors! We booked with FM Entertainment... got alot for a really low price![]()
I used FM also and was very happy with them. I did go and listen to one of their bands...LS L&S something like that. I decided on a DJ instead.

Hello swans!!!I hope everyone is well. Did anyone need shuttles for their OOT guests to the Swan Club? If so, who did you use? I'm looking for a place w/ 35 passenger buses and i'm having some trouble. does anyone know if a larger vehicle (coach bus) can get to the swan club?
TIA!

We used L & S who are Swan Club vendors. We had a DJ, Mike, and he was fantastic. It was an afternoon wedding and he still had the dance floor filled from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. They also have a band. They have showcases quite often at the Swan Club where you can go hear them.
We also had a keyboard player from L & S for the ceremony and cocktail hour who was also great.

PS: I asked about having table names instead of #'s and they said twe could, but there still has to be a # somewhere for the waitstaff.... either they can provide it or we can make our own

I was wondering what entrees you girls choose. FH and I were looking over the menu tonight and wondered how the filet mignon was and what fish dish people picked.

Just wondering how many of you girls decided to add the platinum package on? We were thinking about it but can't decide if it's worth the extra $$!

I would also like to know what past swan brides put on their menu. I am torn with the dessert, and chicken? I am gonna do the filet, and probably stuffed fish, did anyone do the stuffed fish? the champagne chicken sounds good, but what is it? also I have no idea what most of the desserts are?

We did the Salmon w/ the dill sauce I think as our fish, and the Chicken Francaise as the chicken. Those are the 2 we were dead set on b/c thats what we ordered at the food tasting and it was seriously the BEST francaise I'd ever had! We also did the filet, and the duck (we got 4 choices b/c they know my brother). Everyone raved about all the food! As for the dessert, we chose the ice cream eclairs. I heard they were amazing but I never got to eat mine

we didn't upgrade to the platinum...there was so much food already in the package (is it the silver package?) we did however, change the salad to one with greens, walnuts and raspberries and it was AMAZING! and, in addition to dessert (and cake), we added platters of pastries for each table. if there were two things i'd recommend, it would be the upgraded salad and the ice cream eclairs as your dessert!

i am using La Quinta. the process has been really easy and i like the location. they have the bar which is a huge plus. the hampton lady, lisa, is really nice and helpful too. the only thing is they don't have a bar, and i didn't ask about shuttle service...i wasn't sure if they had one. La Quinta does have the shuttle which can help, but i have so many from OOT that i'm still paying for a shuttle company....FM me if you have questions i have talked to LaQunita a thousand times i feel like
