Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
I think the min for the Camelot is 175? I'm going to the Swan Club tomorrow for my tasting, so excited. We wanted to see what the gardens look like in June so we'll have an idea for our day, so we figured we would do the tasting on the same day since I have to take off work and drive to LI (live in Philly) since they only do it on the weekdays...I will report onfriday when I get back!

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
Not sure... I would think not though, it's still a holiday... I would just call up and ask.On another note, next week I am going to try to check out the swan club. I have spent wayyy too much time on the comp trying to weed through all the halls I think I would like/dislike.
The only thing I'm concerned about would be which room I would be put in. The smaller rooms look like the dance floor is tiny! Guess I will have to go there myself and size up the situation

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
hi swans!!!
How many guests are you expecting? My reception will be in the Camelot which is the largest room and we are expecting between 170-200!
I think the limit for the Contessa is about 140? Then they move you to the Camelot!
Anyone know of any tastings? I was at the showcase in March but havent been there since!

Whoa!! Really??? In that case I wouldnt mind an addition of guests
Does an off-peak wedding change the minimums?
What about the Garden room ... i heard people didnt care for that one either... I thought ranging from small to big was contessa, garden, and then camelotSorry for all the questions... I should just go there and find out

How many guest will you be expecting?? I'm having my wedding at the Camelot room and about 200 guest. I think for that room you need a min of 165.

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
you could be right, i think you are actually about the order of the rooms. We are paying about 75pp for a Columbus Day Weekend wedding but I do know that from Nov - Feb or March the prices are much lower (thats everywhere). The food is great, beautiful grounds etc!Check it out
Come be a Swan with us!!!
PS i dont think the season changes the minimum # of guests per room, just the price!

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
I haven't finished the preliminary list just yet... I sent it off to FMIL so she can add to it... I will update you girls when I find out for sure. Right now, I am at about 130, but like I said it's still getting added up... I think I would need a prayer to guarantee 165
Hahaha

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
If you have 130 guest, Garden room might not be a bad idea. I think they just repainted the walls ans stuff downstair. The last time i was there that room looked pretty nice.=)

Re: **OFFICIAL SWAN CLUB THREAD**
I am looking to do a sunday afternoon wedding I think... Sorry I crashed your boards
... I am an 09'er That should totally lower the p/p price I think. I might be a lil nutso, btu I went looking at an online calendar and saw 8/2/09 was friendship day & thought it was cute (i always say fh is my best friend above all else) It would also be 8 1/2 yrs exactly that we've been together!!! I would love to keep that '2' anniversary going (we started dating on 2/2/01- I shoulda met him a year later to make it all 2's right ?!?!)
