FH wants a specialty car for us....obv an suv limo for the BP and then i want a bus to take guests from the hotel to the RH after the church. and obv back to the hotel after.

Can't help on the limo end but I have lots of quotes on 55 passengers (they are expensive!!!!). Ended up working out a deal with the trolley company.

So funny you said that...I was wondering today who was the first of our TV brides to get married. SOOOOO crashing your wedding hahaha, I just want to see what it looks like all set up in person I wont eat anything hahaha

ETA: wow, 5 months from today!!

I think I'm the first! May 27th! Eeeek!
Just went by there this past week with my mom to drop off a check and look at some linens! My mom loved the place! Going back and being treated so well again totally reinforces the decision!
They had a lot of linen choices! I may be going with a purple long table cloth, either matte or satin, and a silver organza overlay, and purple napkins! When I told him I was going to do a menu and my favors were small wooden tulips that I wanted at the table setting, he totally knew exactly how to fold the napkins to incorporate them in the exact way I had wanted to do it without me even saying.
I told him my vendors so far, showed him my invites (LOL) and he gave us the direction cards, and they are so nice!!
When we were there they were getting ready for the NYE wedding! And he said they actually had a wedding during the blizzard and he called and she refused to move the wedding, so they still had it that day!
I told him our RSVP date was April 29th, and he suggested meeting to decide all the details May 1st! Will have to officially make that appt soon! He also said the cake people could come to the meeting with their stuff or we could go to them. I think I'd rather go to them! Drag out the fun a little bit!

so exciting jess! i had no idea that they had a ton of different linen options. from all of the pics of weddings there it looks like everyone goes with the basic white.

i can't believe you're getting so close to your final meeting!! and that was really nice of him to offer to get the bakery there. i think i would go to them too, just so i could bring home some treats lol

i think elizabeth was going to that NYE wedding - i hope she got some pictures! i've been going through withdrawal since the vineyards haven't posted wedding pics on their facebook account in months

OMG you are making me so excitteddd!!!! Can't wait to hear about all of your weddings!!!!!

Jess i totally didnt realize you were first!!! Wasnt trying to steal it!!! Yah!!! Can i crash??? Ill be dying that weekend!!!
Also soooo happy about the linens!! What color purple were they????

Yah!!!!! Its our year!!!!!

They had three purples, a lavender, a plummy purple and then a royal purple. Not sure the actual names of them! He said there were organza overlays too. He said most of the linens are included, some might be extra tho.

I'll post pics as soon as I can after!! We leave for the honeymoon early tuesday so I should be able to make it to the computer! Hopefully someone uploads their pics for me quickly!!

i wonder if they have something similar to what i'm paying an outside vendor for! that would be awesome if i could cut the tablecloths out of the budget

What time is everyone starting cocktail hour? We were thinking 6, but I'm not sure if its too late.

and does everyone have their dress? I haven't started looking yet! I'm thinking I should start soon...

we're getting married there, ceremony start time is 5pm so cocktail hour will start at 5:30 and run till 7pm. i don't think 6 is too late at all!
