If you are having a night wedding w/out a cermeony they don't let you start until 6:00 unless they is no afternoon wedding (at least this is what they told me!). I also do not have my dress yet but have one contender.

I'm having a friday wedding which means there is no wedding before me so I can start whenever. And I'm glad I'm not the only on who still needs to get a dress :)

I was excited to hear about the linens and napkins the last time I went too!! Havent picked them out yet still 6 months away (ahhh). 2011 is going to be amazing for all of us!!!

As for the coctail hour mine is 6:30-8 i beleive then reception 8-12 then VH 12-1. I am not having my ceremony there.... Those of you getting married in a church, when is your rehersal?

My CH starts at 6:00 the reception starts at 7:30.

Not sure when my RD will be. Hopefully, the friday night before.

So the cocktail hour is actually an hour and a half?

and I don't plan on having a rehersal dinner, Instead, we're having a get together the following day around 10:30 or 11am.

You can extend either the CH or reception by one 1/2 hour. I chose the CH because it would cost more to keep the band an extra half hour.

i wonder if they have something similar to what i'm paying an outside vendor for! that would be awesome if i could cut the tablecloths out of the budget

They had a card with all the linens, they looked plain but colored. I believe they have a white stripe one, i've seen it in pics. They have this accordion folder filled with other stuff, some of which costs extra. All different custom type stuff! He said if it's pretty standard it can be included, if it's not really standard then it costs more.

Our ceremony starts at 6:30. I told him I was putting 6 on the invites and he said then it should start at 6:30. CH should start at 7.

I just told them I wanted to extend the CH before they gave an option so I dont know if there was an option, I am also doing the VH tho too.

Question, those of you using North Fork Trolly, is anyone just using them as a shuttle to and from the hotel and VC? If so about how much $ is it?

I'm using the trolley for the BP and wedding guests... the way I have it set up, I am splitting the total time (4 hrs) in half - 3 hrs in the beginning of the day to transport BP and hotel guests from hotel to VC and then an hour at the end of the night to get everyone from VC to the hotel. We had to pay $150 'standby charge' to split the time.

no, the total was $1295 (that includes the $150 fee)

I do!!!!!!! Im using 2 girks who are local they charge 75 per bm but do have travel fee of 50 also cam do make up
I also know another girls that charges 100 a girl
