So many of us are on ww and we all need motivation!!
so we should post our weigh in day and our results and what center you attend!!
if you gain one week-its ok , just get back on the band wagon and YOU CAN DO IT!!!
also it took me a year to lose 20 pounds on the old ww program and I lost it slowly .6,.8 .4 a week, so dont get discouraged if you dont lose that much because it adds up at the end!!! but now I gained 10 pounds back and have 4 months till my first fitting!!!
My weigh in day is THURSDAYS at 11:30-sitting here waiting to go get weighed I do it at work, if I miss a day , I go to fresh meadows in queens

I'm not 'officially on WW' right now. Used to be, but to save money trying to just do it on my own. But I'll be here to motivate and cheer. Trying to loose 9ish pounds myself. lol

Where do you go for your meeting?
I am in...next weigh in is next wed. I have to lose 15lbs by my wedding!

I just joined yesterday! I want to lose 40 lbs in the long run, but short term goal for now is 8! Day 1 is going pretty well...

Hey Ladies!!! I have been doing weight watchers for a couple months now.....I weigh in on Wednesday's in Glen Cove.....
Last night I lose 1.8 pounds, I am down a total of 11.6........my goal is to lose 80 pounds, would love to do at least 50-60 before my wedding......hoping to lose 20 more over the summer......

Its in a building in that big shopping plaza. i forget the name of the actual buidling..but it's on the second floor.

I am going to WW in Huntington on Fridays at 8:15am
Lost 4.8 so far. Lets see how tomorrow goes. I was on vacation for half of the week but I think I was OK not perfect but definitely better than I would have been if not on program.

So odd... yesterday was a big WW day for some reason!!! LOL just joined yesterday too. I am doing it online! So far... I have used 20 of my 29 points today!! ahhhhh!!! Well.. I am going to Zumba later so that should help too and a light din
