Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Ok, I weighed in last night and lost .8 (Not bad after vacation) I am now down 19.6!

On Sat. when I weighed in I was 118.4- I am 4'11. It was my first weigh in since I had started core. I know before starting core I was a couple of pounds over 120 but don't know exactly because I didn't weigh myself.
Most Lost 27lbs.
current lose to date- 21.6
lowest weight 113 (sept. 04) current weight 118.4 desired weight 110 goal = 8.4 lbs by June 24th
This week: lost .6

Ugghhh . . . I only lost .4 this week . . . granted it is 'that time' so maybe I really lost more, considering I normally gain between 1-2 lbs during this time . . . at least the scale went down . . .

I lost 1.6 this week. I am so happy. I have lost 9.4 lbs so far. I have about 4 more lbs to lose. YEAH!!!!

Bad week for me... I ate like a pig all weekend... gained 1.5
I'll get back on track tomorrow morning... Next week...I plan on losing what I gained this week!

I lost 3 pounds last week! I was so pround of myself.. So thats 3.8lbs in 3 weeks, I am happy with that, so far.

That's fantastic!!! Anything in the negative is wonderful!!! I even celebrated a -.2 last year!
