Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Anyone?

I lost 3.8 pounds this week...down 8.4 all together...I am really motivated now!!!

2nd week I only lost .2 . That's like losing nothing. But I am not going to lose my will power. I'll just try harder and exercise.

I weighed in this morning and stayed the exact same....i am kinda disappointed because i had a good week...but i wont let it bring me down!

Down 2.2 this past week--- not bad considering I ate badly on Mothers Day. I must step up my exercise regime.

I lost 2lbs last week. Thats 5.8 lbs in 4 weeks. I am happy

I am having a horrible week. I was so bored of the core foods that I switched over to Flex. The problem is when I am on Flex, I am not as disciplined . . .

I need some support ladies. I have been having a hard time doing this WW diet. I blow it all the time.

I have tried to be back on this week....err!!! My weight has been a rollercoster going up and down.

I need to loose weight for my cruise in July...

well i had my weigh in tonight and lost 1.2lbs.
I am actually happy with that considering i got my af yesterday. good luck to all!!!!

I lost 1 lb this week. It's slow, but steady & I haven't been 100% on program, esp. weekends. I'd like to be down at least 10lbs for my engagement party in July.

Went off bad last night at the CLM tasting & already started the morning bad, but will definitely get back on target.

I'm still walking/jogging every night & notice my pants fitting better. YEaaaaa

well...i weighed in thursday this week because I am going away---i know 5 days of eating

I gained .4-----im truly not that upset tho...i had a bridal shower on sat, and a baby shower on sunday,....so i guess its not that bad....now next week...............

weighed in this a.m.- i though maybe i lost a pound, and I lost 3.6!!!! I can't believe it. I felt like I ate so badly this week! I am down 14.8 in 4 weeks!

I then treated myself to a DQ Blizzard with M&Ms and used 17 flex points for it. It was D A M N Good!
