OFFICIAL WW WEIGH IN BOARD

Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Anyone?

I weighed in yesturday too!! I lost 2.6 pounds!!!!

TOTAL = 24.6 pounds!!!!!

UP 1 lb. Uughh....I threw FH a bday on Saturday, so I ate pretty badly all day. I got back on course this week though, except for a minor slip-up today.

I weighed in on Sat. Down .2. I am happy but I really thought that I lost more. This just means that I have to work my tail off this week and really exercise!

Total weight lost: 8.8 pounds!

I had my 15th week WI last night. I lost 1.4 lbs with TOM. So I'm up to 37 lbs in 15 weeks! YEAH!

Down 1 lb...I only worked out one day last week though and went over my points on a few days...oh well.

Well I just joined AGAIN! Most recently I was on it in January to lose weight for my e-party...I lost about 12 lbs but gained it back....So I joined again today....I was less than I thought I weighed! I really need to stick with it THIS TIME...but thats what I said the other 7 times I joined

I have officially got to my target weight.. i lost 15lbs..so right now i am maintaining actually i went a 1lb below where i wanted to be so if i lose another 5 that would be soooo awesome but i really just want to maintain where i am now

That's great!!!!!

I had my E-party this weekend, and I have been eating leftovers and cake ever since. Then FH took me out to dinner for my B-day.. I'm not looking forward to getting on that scale tomorrow morning... As Cara says,' {{{{{{Skinny Vibes}}}}}}!!!!

Ok.....Not so Happy today I gained 3.6 pounds!!!!!! So much for enjoying the week of delicious foods... I'm zipping my lips today!!!!!

I weighed in this morning and wasn't sure what the scale would say. I was pleasantly surprised that I lost another 1.2 pounds!! Total weight loss is 10.8 pounds!
