Can anyone please recommend someone that is non-religiously affiliated (preferably male) judge/justice of the peace/ non-denominational officiant that will travel to site.

We did a non-denominational ceremony..
my guests are non-stop talking about the ceremony. how beautiful it was.

they are all saying that how they are usually bored during a ceremony - but mine was so personalized and just fantastic.
