Since my computer seriously has AIDS, and is just not not allowing me to get online unless I futs with it for like a hour. Which seriously I have ADD and I loose all intrest after 30 seconds ..
I have been kicking it old school by looking at Magizines and what have you. I came upon this 75 ways to make your wedding unique thing. And they said as a favor hire a Cartoonist to draw up your guests and they rolled up the art after they are done and put this little thank you band around it.... Now
I seriously want that!!!!!!!!!!!!! How freakin awesome would that be getting a cartoon verson of you and your date drawn up holding like a 40 oz and having a cigar dangeling out your mouth

That's such a great idea! I wish I knew about this before booking my favors! LOL
that would take forever though1 guests would have to start lining up as soon as they got there to all get there pics....now...if you had a huge team of artists that could spit 20 out at a time...maybe...but its not pratical...very cool..yes...but not practical

my DJ offered something like this and i realllly wanted it but everyone talked me out of it. Your guests would have to sit in the corner with the cartoonist for 10minutes (ish). and miss out on fun wedding stuff.
still think its a really cute idea!! but i was voted out on that one :(

We had one at our work xmas party a few years ago...and it was a gigantic line, people missed half the party and we had 2 of em!

lol..well let me give you a suggestion...we wanted the cigar thing too but instead we hired a cigar server...like the 30's & 40's when gorgeous women all dolled up walked around with those cigarette trays offering guests cigars...she will be there for the last 2 hours of the reception and goes from table to table offering cigars!

That sounds awesome. It is different and a great momento of your wedding. But, I do agree with it taking your guests away from the wedding.

no..she walks from table to table...they asked how many guests we had coming and then based the 2 hours on that...i believe you can hire her for 1 hour but they want time to go to each table and have a discussion...to recommend which cigar is best for each person...being that there are different flavors and strengths of cigar offered

How much did you charge you if you don't mind me asking?
i am paying $875. The hot chick was $275 for 2 hours and then we got about 150 high end cigars.....something like that....but of course you can get less expessive cigars...or more expensive....or the girl for 1 hour....
