That you heard about yourself?
I was in a club in 2000. I saw an old 'bar' friend from when I was in High School. She said Theresa Don't worry I won't tell Matt you are here with someone else. I heard you are getting married. I SAID WHAT! I live with ROnnie . Matt and I broke up MTS ago. She said RUMOR has it you 2 are getting married......

This isn't the best rumor I've heard about myself...but I just had to add this.,,,
I always thought the most outlandish rumor that I've hear over the years was that Jamie Lee Curtis was a hermaphrodite! Come on!

That Jamie Lee Curtis one always got to me too!!! FH swears its true, duh! silly boy.
Anyway, rumors - this one isn't about me but about my ex. It just goes to show some people will believe ANYTHING you tell them. My ex and his friends always said weird things. It was their thing to do, I guess. So they used to say that my ex had ovaries because he was chubby as a kid and had big hips (I'm guessing cause he didn't have big hips when I met him). One night I was w/ my best friend and her then boyfriend and he says, Rebecca, I have to tell you - I heard XXX had to have an operation to have his ovaries removed! I was ROFLMAO because I couldn't believe that anyone actually thought it was true!

this is a funny topic because i found out stuff that someone said about me a couple years ago.
one ex friend said to her THEN boyfriend that she thought i was a lesbian cuz some of my friends had experiences and did stuff.... i found this out years after i stopped being friends with this group (for other reasons) I ran into the boyfriend in a bar and he told me this... First of all i NEVER even knew this was going on... I had a serious BF for a long time (which she had said i change bf's like she changes her underwear... hello!!! BF for 2 years at that time) also jsut cuz they were doing stuff doesn't mean i was!!!!

My Husband's SIL's sisters husband/Husband's brother's BIL (are you following me so far) was doing our refinancing back a few months ago. Since husband knows NOTHING about finances, paperwork, etc., he had me handling all of the transactions. Anyway, SIL's sister's husband called me once or twice at work to get information, came to my office in Melville once to have me sign papers and then ran into me in Melville (his office is around the corner) at the deli across the street and sat with me during lunch as we discussed the refinance, etc. Husband told his parent's that we had met at lunch and when the closing would be blah, blah, blah. In-laws told SIL that I had lunch with her BIL. She calls her sister and tells this chick that I'm having an affair with her husband!! All h e l l brakes loose and Mortgage guy calls me all upset because his wife is packing her stuff because SIL told her that we're having an affair. Thankfully, husband called up and gave his brother and SIL the business!!! He hasn't spoken to them since, and that was back in October. Yeah, didn't you know I was banging him behind the chips display? Give me a break!!! What a LOSER!! And to think she'd damage her own sister's marriage to mess with me?

A rumor I heard about myself, which I still think my friends might believe, is that FH and I had back door s*ex in the Smithhaven Mall Parking lot in broad daylight.

I just read on Urban Legends about Jamie Lee Curtis. They can neither confirm nor deny the rumor of her sexuality! But I swear I saw her on a talk show once talking about it!! I SWEAR!! I do not give in to rumors at all!!

Actually February -the Richard Gere IS true - my uncle did his residency at UCLA and still has friends out there - he sees at his columbia reunions - apparently a friend treated him.

My best friend's ex husband told everyone he knew that I was a lesbian - I guess that was the best explanation he could come up with for why I abhored him so. A$$hole.
In jr high school the rumor was that I was anorexic & bulemic. A close friend at the time, cornered me in the gym locker room and demanded to know if I purged after I ate. I was appalled. The anorexia rumor followed me to high school as well. There's nothing I can do about genetics.

Sorry I don't buy the Jamie Lee Curtis thing. There are numerous pictures of her as a girl child because her mother was Janet Leigh and her father was Tony Curtis.
