I THINK, at least. I was going to do one wine bottle per couple, but now I don't think I want to do that. I have set my mind on ribbon candy in my wedding colors. I think it is so pretty and I can put it in one of those pretty bags. I would do white and gold ribbon candy. It's so hard to find, though, but so pretty. Here's some pictures of what ribbon candy is, incase you don't know. Is this cheesey? I know it's no bottle of wine, but I just don't want to do the wine anymore.

Honestly I like the wine better. I think the ribbon candy is more for around the holidays.
And im not just saying that b/c im doing the wine also lol - that wasnt my first choice either

OMG, I haven't had ribbon candy in ages! It reminds me of my grandmother too.

Ribbon candy is something I haven't seen done before and I think you should go for it. I love this idea. Very unique.

Also, if you are torn, you could always do mini-bottles of wine. That is sure to save a lot of $$$. Budgets are fun, aren't they? Ugh.......

i like them...i would put them on the place setting ...maybe on the napkin or plate

im honestly not a huge fan of just giving candy- so i might give something else too...especially since some people might not like ribbon candy or be able to eat it (denture wearers or such)

I love the idea! I think it will look really pretty on the tables too. It does remind me of Christmas, but we decorated with white lights for our October wedding.
