What do you think of this as a favor?
Do you think people would use it again?

I really like it & if i saw it in a store as a plain candle , I'd probabaly buy it, but i wouldn't display anything persoanlized.

I am gettign Kdust collector' favors, b/c it was the 1 thing my family cares about & not a big deal to me, but i didn't want anything personalized.

btw--I would totally use chopsticks again- or at least I would attempt to! LOL!

I think realistically, no one really keeps favors. I never see any at my friends or families homes. I don't keep any except people from my immediate family. Other peoples weddings are important, but I would rather have a reminder of a family member I really love, then some random person I may lose touch with. Just my thoughts. I like things simple though in my house, no chatchskies(sp) or clutter. It's a matter of taste.

Personally i love the favor..
I think ALL favors are dust collectors so you might as well pick one you like

I agree, most wedding favors are dust collectors.. But here is my dilemma,

FH wants something personalized..
I don't..

I am trying to get him to compromise..like maybe do the cocktail napkin or stirrers type of thing, and make the favors as plain as possible so hopefully people will use it again..

The one thing we do agree on is the candle theme.. so I'll keep looking but thanks to everyone for the honest imput

I just want to add that I use alot of my favors that I get .. but not ther personalized ones.. for my FH cousins E-party she gave out really cute heart shaped Mikasa bowls... I fill them with candy and stick them on my living room table every day. We also got an mini ice bucket... I used that once when we had company since I dont have one and a mini is better then none at all and recently I got lenox dipping bowls... probably wont use them but they are pretty!

Well for my son's baptisim I wanted to do candles and personalized also... I loveeeee candles. so we got these lenox ones that came with tealights in them ( at least people can use it over and over) and to personalize they did the ribbon with his name and date on it with the almonds. EVERYONE loved them!! and I always see them around when I go to peoples houses! maybe you can do something like that? ( sorry for the crappy pics)
