Please tell me I don't look like a snow-beast! The veil is poofier than it should be because it been folded up in a box since June...
I also did a hair trial today but you can barely tell because I forced her to do the curls way too loose because I'm paranoid about having those too-perfect shirley temple curls.
But, the fitting went well. I am having the neckline changed to a contessa neckline (what you see in the pics) because the original neckline is just a plain scoop and I felt too covered up.
They have to take in everything! The arms the waist, darts, shoulders... so as you can imagine, I reached my cap I was hoping I'd get off easy on the alterations because I noticed that I didn't need a hem.
Is the slip/crinoline poofy enough or should I go bigger??

I laughed out loud when I read if you asked if you looked like a 'snow beast.' Not that I'm sure what that is, but NO ---you look BEAUTIFUL! You look like something out of a fairy tale!

Wow, wow, wow! I was so surprised to see your dress! It is fabulous, very unique.! I love the sleeves. I like what you're doing with the neckline also. I wouldn't go any bigger on the poofiness though. And NO YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT LOOK LIKE A SNOW BEAST! Though that did make me chuckle when i read it.

Princess! Absolutely. In fact, I can totally picture a nineteenth century royal getting married in that dress. You look wonderful! So beautiful and intricate.

I love how different your dress is....You don't look like a cookie cutter bride, If that makes any sense. Your FH is really going to be blown away when he sees you! Are you having a fairytale themed wedding? You really do look like you belong in a fairy tale. Stunning!
