Okay, so DH isn't The Great Pumpkin Anti-Christ afterall...

He caved!

I think he was just getting sick of me saying it all the time, but we're going this weekend to find a little pumpkin! YAY! Operation Pumpkin was a success!! Even though he's still pretty blah about Halloween in general, I think there's hope for him yet! I'm so proud that my tactics worked - every moring when we get in the car I would say 'I want a pumpkin' and I've been doing this all week

Finally, this morning after I said it, he just kind of laughed, patted me on the hand, and said 'Okay, we'll get you your pumpkin'

So I'm getting my pumpkin afteralll! Now the issue is - to carve, or paint?? hee hee!

I know Boop, I'm prety proud of myself for my persistence with this!

WOW - you guys did that yourselves?! Very nice!!!!! I like carving Halloween pumpkins too, reminds me of when we were kids and used to do it! I think we'll pick up one of those cool carving kits tonight so we can do something fun like that too :)

Yup, we used one of the kits--it was really easy!
